5000 Point Fleet Tournament

Time Period : 24.12.2009 ~ 19.01.2010 From january 1st to end of the event

Event Description:

This event has the intention to give the fleets the greatest freedom of choice
regarding the ship setup.
The only limit we set is the maximum amount of players.
All listed fleets will get 5000 points and build a ship setup from these.
The ships within the association shall be determined in advance, an assignment
of players to the respective ships is not necessary in advance.

Each fleet receives the amount of 5000 points. These can be planned with the help
of a price list for ships. The list will be provided to every participating fleet. Ship
classes that are not listed can not be used.

Every fleet is allowed to play with a maximum of 10 ships.
There are no further setup rules.

Registration to the event:

Fleets that want to participate send an email to event@navyfield.de until
December 23rd 2009 12pm (GMT + 1)

Event Procedure:

• The participating fleets will be listed separated to the servers.
• The lists of participants will be posted on the forum on December 23rd 2009 8pm (GMT+1)
• The event will start on December 24th 12am (GMT+1) and will end January 19th 11:59pm (GMT+1)
• The fleets organize themselves and get in contact with the opponent fleets to arrange the battle dates.
• If a fleet can attest that they tried to contact the opponent fleet at three different days via PM
  • The opponent does not react (make sure you contact a player and not a FLA account!)
  • The contacted fleet did not reply the challenger
  • The challanger has to send an email at the end of the event to event@navyfield.de.
• For every fleet that did not react your fleet will receive 3 bonus points.

Round rules

• The fleets will play 3 rounds. EVERY round counts!
• The winning fleet of round will get 9 points (Original line: The winner of every round will get 9 points.)
• The losing fleet of round will not get points.
• Round ends when enemy fleet ships are sunken.
• If both sides have one ship left and they sink each other at the same moment the round will be replayed.
• Matches will be played at the settled time, no matter if  both or only one fleet shows up.
• It is possible to change the settled match date if both fleets agree to a new one.
• The new date has to be settled at the first game date.
• Potential extra bonus will not be counted if a match-date changes.
• The result will be sent via Mail to the event address, the content has to be:
  • server
  • fleet(s)
  • result(s)
  • screenshots of the results

Rewards:

1. Place: 2 month Premium per player (At 100% participation, see note)
2. Place: 1 month Premium per player (At 100% participation, see note)
3. Place 1 month Gold per player (At 100% participation, see note)

Note:

If a fleet participates with more than 10 players at the event, the players and their amount of participated
games have to be listed and sent in a text document [File extension: .txt].

Example:
The fleet had five matches:
Player A has played 5 times, Player B 3 times and Player C 4 times.
This shows that other players must have played further matches for B and C so 5 or 6 players must have played.
In this case a conversion will take place and the participants that played more often get a higher share
of the rewards than those who played less often.

Alternative, the leadership can send in a list of 10 players that shall receive the rewards.

Bonus Days:

A match held on a Bonus Day will give additional points to both fleets. (regard the times)
The additional points will be given to both fleets no matter if they win or lose.

Night before Christmas!

Fleets that are able to play their first matches at December 24th 2009 from 12am to 3am (GMT+1) will
receive a bonus of 5 points per match.

Between the days!

Fleets that play their matches between December 28th 12am and December 30th 2009 11:59pm (GMT+1)
will receive 2 extra points per match.

New Year’s Special!

Fleets that play matches at December 31st 2009 will receive 3 extra points per match.

Hangover!

Fleets that are able to play matches at January 1st 2010 between 9:00am and 1:00pm (GMT+1) will
receive 4 extra points.

Final Sprint!

Fleets that play matches between January 7th and January 9th 2010 will receive 2 extra points.

To receive the additional points you must send in following screenshots:

• The battle room from outside (all 3 rounds),
• winner of rounds.
